Freshly baked bread is one of life's greatest simple
pleasures, and one that's much easier than you might think.
Ingredients
220 ml warm (not hot) water
Teaspoon of salt
A spoonful of leavening
300 gr flour
And nuts, raisins…
How to
prepare it
Add the salt
and the leavening to the flour. Then mix
it with the water, stir it until it is mixed perfectly. Leave it settle (rest)
for two hours minimum at a temperature below 25ºC.
Then,
knead it until there is no air inside and give it the shape of a loaf or
buns (as you prefer). Make some cuts using a knife and bake it for 40 minutes
approx.
If you want
to add the nuts, add them before baking it.
